How do I set-​up an account with Breakthru Beverage Missouri?

Please send a current copy (scan or picture) of your State Liquor License via email to MO-Newaccounts@breakthrubev.com. If your location is within the city limits of Saint Louis City or Kansas City, we will also need a copy of your City Liquor License. A member of our customer service team will contact you to finalize the account set-​up process.

How do I set up payment terms?

To set up Net 30 payment terms, please download the Major Brands Credit Application. A member of our Credit Department will confirm payment terms upon receipt of your application.

How do I set-​up ACH payments with Breakthru Beverage Missouri?

We offer free ACH payments through our third-​party provider, Fintech. This option is available to all customers with less than 5 locations. Please download the EZenroll Autopay flyer for set-​up. If interested in other ACH options, please contact the Credit Department.

Can I pay my bills online?

Yes, Breakthru Beverage Missouri offers online bill pay through Pay Now. Review invoices and credits, set up automatic payment, pay via credit card and more at now.breakthrubev.com.

Delivery & Returns

Do you deliver?

Major Brands offers free delivery on any orders over $150. Product deliveries are shipped to your business on your designated delivery day. Orders under $150 can be picked up at our Customer Pick-​Up Window.

Is there a fee for delivery?

As industry standard, Breakthru Beverage Missouri applies a $5.00 delivery fee on all orders.

What is your delivery schedule?

Major Brands delivers Tuesday through Friday. For your delivery assignment, please contact our Customer Service Department. 

What is your Return Policy?

How do I get Draft Beer service?

We’re here to help! Our team of Draft Technicians can service your draft beer lines (including line cleaning, fixing dispensing problems, and setting up festival or special event equipment). For more information, contact Customer Service or your Major Brands Sales Representative.

How do I request Tap Handles and Point of Sale?

Requests for Tap Handles and Point of Sale must be made through Customer Service or your Sales Representative. Please note: Tap handles are the property of Major Brands and should be returned when not in use.
